Coaching is a collaborative process designed to help you reach a goal or make a change in your life. Initially, we will define your goals and contract to work together for a finite amount of sessions ranging from as little as one to several. Together we will understand the challenges and obstacles to the change you have wanted, access your goals and expectations to make sure they are realistic, brain-storm steps that need to occur for success, anticipate and overcome the blocks that have prevented success before, break down the solution to the smallest manageable steps, track progress, and adjust accordingly. Using a mix of approaches, I will help you to accomplish the goals YOU desire. This is not advice giving. It is about supporting your process to meet your goals, desires, values and beliefs and remove obstacles that block your success.
